We are aware that this may be confidential in nature, and will ensure it is kept secure. We will not ask for information from you that is not relevant to our provision of data services. If you have registered as a business, we will retain your information for the two years of your subscription, unless you tell us to discard it. If you have registered as an individual member of the public, we will normally retain your information permanently, unless you tell us to discard it.
Advertisers / Business Users
The information you share with us for the purposes of promoting your business will of course be made available to any and all visitors to our website and app. We believe this is in both our mutual and legitimate interests. Only you will have control over this information and what is displayed.
By registering with Every Customer Counts you consent to us notifying you of any relevant updates to the website as it evolves, including a reminder every two years of pending subscription expiry.
Information relating to your quiz results and your report is only available to you. However, should your business achieve a 4 or 5 level rating, please be aware we will ask you to email us your report to us for the purposes of telephone auditing or a premises visit.
While you may use a bank card to make payment within this website, we do not offer the option of storing your card details.
For non business users of the website, we request only an email address, username and password and no other information.
Using Information for Analysis
We may use aggregate information and statistics for the purposes of monitoring usage in order to help us develop the website.
